Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Leftover Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  5. Cashews
  6. Ghee 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the poha
  2. Add record water and soap the poha for 10 minutes
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews and keep it aside
  4. Drain excess water from poha and add it to the pan and saute it
  5. Add milk sugar and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Then had grated coconut and roasted cashews and mix well
