Leftover corn Gulab jamun

Ingredients to make Leftover corn Gulab jamun

  • Leftover sweet corn 1 pac
  • all purpose flour 4 tbsp
  • Milk pwdr half cup
  • oil 2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • For sugar syrup:
  • sugar 2 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • 2 crushed cardamom

How to make Leftover corn Gulab jamun

  1. Make paste of sweet corn
  2. In a mixing bowl add corn paste,all purpose flour & milk pwdr& baking soda
  3. Then add 2 tsp oil & mix all together & kneed a dough
  4. Take small portion of the mixture in palm & make a small size ball
  5. Now heat oil in a heavy pan & fry all the prepared balls
  6. Fry all the balls till changing colour in to beautiful golden brown colour
  7. In other side make sugar syrup using sugar,water,cardamom
  8. Put all the fried Gulab jamun in sugar syrup rest for few mins
  9. When all corn Gulab jamuns are properly soaked in sugar syrup strain out all the Gulab jamuns
  10. Now it's ready...yummy yummy corn Gulab jamun....

My Tip:

Fry in low heat oil...
