Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Idlis-4 no’s
  2. Onion -1 chopped
  3. Green chilli-1 chopped
  4. Curry leaves-1/2 cup chopped
  5. Red chilli powder-1/2spoon
  6. Coriander powder-1 spoon
  7. Garam Masala-1/4 spoon
  8. Maida-1/4 cup
  9. Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
  10. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take four idlis
  2. First crumble the idli using fingers by adding little water. Don't make it mushy .
  3. Add chopped onion , green chilli and curry leaves.
  4. Next add all spices one by one
  5. Check the salt level and add . Mix well and make balls . Make it as flat patties using the palms.
  6. Dip with maida mix and coat well with bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry patties on both sides till turns golden brown.
  8. Transfer to plate and serve hot with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
