Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idali leaftover 6pi
  2. Green onions 2 chopped
  3. Green chillies 5-6
  4. Garlic cloves 7-8chopped
  5. Ginger 1inch chopped
  6. Tomato sauce 2tps
  7. Soya sauce 2tps
  8. Vinegar 1tps
  9. Shimla Mirch 1 chopped
  10. Maida half bowl
  11. Cornflour 2tps
  12. Salt as taste
  13. Oil 3 bowl
  14. Red chilli powder 2tps

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl added Maida, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, water and mixed well
  2. Cut the Idali and adding in this batter
  3. Deep fried in oil and took a side
  4. A pan heat oil added garlic, ginger ,green onions, chillies chop, Shimla Mirch when it cook added vinegar
  5. Now added soya and tomato sauce
  6. Made cornflour slurry and adding it
  7. Black pepper powder and salt mixed it
  8. Now added fried Idali in above mixture
  9. Garnish with Onian leaves
