  • Gingelly oil-1/4cup
  • coconut milk-1/2cup
  • ghee-2spn

How to make Healthy Ulunthu kali

  1. IN A BOWL ADD PALM JAGGERY AND WATER, HEAT IT
  2. HEAT TILL JAGGERY(KARUPPATI) DISSOLVES
  3. NOW SWITCH OFF AND KEEP ASIDE
  4. IN A NONSTICK PAN ADD FLOUR AND LITTLE WATER, MIX WELL
  5. MIX WELL WITHOUT LUMPS FORM
  6. NOW STRAIN THE JAGGERY INTO IT AND MIX WELL
  7. NOW PLACE IN STOVE AND COOK
  8. MIX WELL, ADD COCONUT MILK
  9. WHEN IT HALF COOKED ADD LITTLE OIL ND MIX WELL
  10. NEXT ADD 2SPN GHEE AND MIX WELL, COOK IT
  11. WHEN IT COMES TO THICK CONSISTENCY AGAIN ADD OIL
  12. ADD OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE AND COOK
  13. WHEN IT LEAVES SIDES AND COMES TO HALWA CONSISTENCY SWITCH OF THE FLAME
