Ingredients to make Kali mirch ki koki

  • 250 gm flour
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1 table spoon kali mirch powder
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Kali mirch ki koki

  1. Sieve flour, add salt, and Kali Mitch powder and oil.
  2. Mix well. Add some water and bring the dough together. Do not knead too much. The dough must be stiff.
  3. Devide the dough in 3-4 portion and roll with rolling pin just to flatten the roll.
  4. Slightly roast it on both sides on hot tawa,take it off the flame and place on rolling board. Again roll it with rolling pin till it reaches thickness of paratha.
  5. Place it on tawa again, cook on each side, on medium flame, adding little oil from sides till small brown patches appeare on surface
  6. Repeat for remaining dough.
  7. Serve hit with yogurt\pickle\tea or papad.
