ABOUT Paneer kali mirch RECIPE

It is a rich & luscious recipe of paneer with a zesty flavour of fresh ground black peppers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups paneer cubes (1" each)
  2. 2 tbspoon oil
  3. 1/2 cup fresh curd
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/4 tbspoon garam masala
  6. 1 tspoon freshly ground black pepper(kali mirch)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For paste
  9. 1 1/2 finely chopped onions
  10. 1/2 cup cashewnuts
  11. 4 cloves of garlic
  12. 1 tspoon chopped ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan add the paste and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the fresh curd milk garam masala black pepper powder and salt and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes , while stirring occasionally
  3. Add the paneer mix gently and cook on a medium flame 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately garnish with black pepper powder.
