ABOUT Elaichi Kali Mirch Gosht (sindhi style mutton) RECIPE

Mutton prepared in elachi and black pepper with pure ghee. I learned this recipe from my mother in law, my husband literally grew up eating this. It is called "photey waro tiwan" in our house which is light on tummy and not spicy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton pieces 500gms( goes best with nalli)
  2. Pure ghee 1/4 cup
  3. Water 1 glass
  4. Freshly grounded green cardamom(elachi) 1 tsp
  5. Freshly grounded black pepper(kali mirch) 1 tsp
  6. Salt( as per taste)
  7. Finely chopped Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1 Wash and clean mutton pieces and keep aside.
  2. 2 Heat a pressure cooker on high flame and add ghee for heating.

  7. 7 Serve hot with rotis.

I think you should add a little salt and onion. That is more yummy.
