Traditional sindhi Koki is one of the famous breakfast, it is easy to make and Contain Fiber and proteins.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 bowl
  2. SaLt as per test
  3. Finely chopped onion 1 big
  4. Finely chopped Green chillis as required
  5. Finely chopped Green Coriander
  6. Oil 2 spoon
  7. Extra oil for cook koki
  8. Milk as needed to make Dough


  1. Take Wheat flour in a big bowl , add salt, and all ingredients
  2. Make a hard dough with use of little amount of milk
  3. Make 5 balls of this dough
  4. Take a ball and roll it thick with rolling pin
  5. Brush some oil on it and make a square by folding ( like image)
  6. Finally fold it
  7. Now again roll it
  8. Now put it on hot frypan for 5 sec and fold it again and roll it again
  9. Roll it again as thick koki
  10. Now cook it on hot pan applying little oil from both sides
  11. Keep flame sim to medium
  12. Ready
