Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10-12 idlis
  2. 1 tsp oregano or any mixed herbs
  3. 1 tsp chili flakes
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 7-8 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the idlis into 2 cm thick slices
  2. Fry these in a heated oil on a medium heat. till they golden and crispy...
  3. Remove it from the oil on a tissue paper to get rid of the extra oil
  4. Sprinkle the salt, oregano and chili flakes and mix well
  5. Crispy idli fries are ready to serve... Serve them with tomato ketchup
