Ingredients to make Roti nachos with corn salad and tomato salsa

  • For nachos:
  • 3 leftover roti
  • oil for fry
  • Ready-made tacos masala
  • For tomato salsa:
  • 3 tomatoes fine chopped
  • 1 green capsicum fine chopped
  • 1 onion fine chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 to 3 garlic fine chopped
  • 1 green chili fine chopped
  • 1 ts suger
  • 2 ts lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt as par taste
  • For corn salad:
  • 1/ cup boiled corn
  • 1/4 cup green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • salt and pepper as par taste
  • Few leaves of fresh coriender

How to make Roti nachos with corn salad and tomato salsa

  1. Cut leftover roties into triangle shape. and fry in oil. Sprinkle some ready made tacos masala.and prepare nachos.
  2. For making tomato salsa:
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer jar and blend coarsely( do not blend gravy) transform in to bowl and serve.
  4. For corn salad:
  5. Mix all the ingredients of salads and prepare salad.
  6. Serve roti nachos with tomato salsa and corn salad.
