Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 Packet of Nachos Chips either plain or with cheese
  2. For Salsa:
  3. 4 tomatoes very finely chopped
  4. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  6. 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli Powder
  8. 2 tbsp very finely chopped coriander..
  9. For White Sausce
  10. 2 tsp Butter
  11. 1/2 tsp Maida
  12. 1 small glass Milk
  13. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1 tsp oregano
  15. 1 cheese cube grated
  16. Salt to taste...


  1. For Salsa:
  2. Take a bowl and add all vegetables and spices and sauce mix well using hands and keep in freeze to cool.. Salsa is ready..
  3. Now for White Sauce :
  4. Pan add butter when melt add maida then on simply gas nicely bhunlena add slowly milk and continously stir to avoid lumps as first boil comes reduce flame add salt black pepper, cheese and oregano.. Mix nicely.. Off gas make little thick.. White Sauce is ready..
  5. Now Take Nachos Chips(I always take this packet it's amazing and all really like it)
  6. Plate Add Nachos Chips half packet, Then add White sauce on it, And add Salsa, Again add Rest Packet of Nachos Then white Sauce And Salsa.. YUMMY NACHOS R Ready to eat..
