Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for nachos- 1 cup maize flour
  2. half cup refined flour
  3. 1 teaspoon oil or according to taste salt
  4. one teaspoon Pizza seasoning
  5. half teaspoon chili powder
  6. oil for frying
  7. for Salsa-
  8. to blanch tomatoes
  9. one Clove of garlic
  10. one small green chilli
  11. Half small onion
  12. 2 tbsp raw mango
  13. 1 tablespoon ketchup
  14. salt to taste


  1. take Maize flour and refined flour in a bowl
  2. add salt Pizza seasoning and chili powder
  3. add oil and mix well
  4. add water and make a normal day
  5. divide the dough into small balls
  6. roll the ball into thin chapati
  7. pic with the fork
  8. cut into Triangles with the pizza cutter
  9. deep fry in medium hot oil
  10. take out on a kitchen towel when it's golden brown in colour
  11. nachos are ready
  12. for salsa put everything in a grinder
  13. and Pulse for a while
  14. add salt coriander leaves and tomato ketchup
  15. Mix well and salsa is ready
