Baked nachos is a very common dish but l have made it with fruits to make it more healthy and delicious

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Nachos 1pack
  2. Mozerrella cheese 1 stick
  3. Apple 1/2
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Pineapple cut into small cubes. 1tbsp
  6. Green olives (optional) 1tsp
  7. Peprika 1/4 tsp
  8. Lemon juice few drops
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp


  1. Finely chop all the fruits and deseeded tomato into small cubes
  2. Toss them well by adding peprika and lemon juice and coriander
  3. Arrange nachos in a microwave safe serving dish
  4. Spread grated mozerrella and seasoning over nachos
  5. Microwave for 2minutes or till cheese melts
  6. Top with fruit salsa and serve
