ABOUT Sprout stuffed idli. RECIPE

Its a healthy and low fat sprouted idli.which i made from leftover sprouts and mung.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover sprouts..1 bowl
  2. Idli batter...3 bowls
  3. Green coco nut chuttney.
  4. Oil for brushing the mould.

Instructions

  1. Switch on flame and put the idli pan filled with water
  2. Now take a idli mould and oil it with brush
  3. Put some idli batter and now slowely put one spoon full sprouts.
  4. Now again fill idli batter in it.cover the sprouts with idli batter.
  5. Repeat thus process to make all idlis
  6. Steam it for 7 to 10 minutes
  7. And left it cool for some time .
  8. Now take out all idlis from mold.
  9. Serve it with green coconut chuttney.
