Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup leftover moong daal khichdi
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1 tsp ginger, garlic, green chili paste
  4. 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  5. 2 - 3 tbsp curd
  6. 2 tbsp semolina
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric a pinch
  9. Red chili (optional) a pinch
  10. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a grinder add leftover khichdi, besan, curd, semolina and add water as required for make chila batter and grind it
  2. Now transfer it on a bowl add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, 3 g paste and mix it
  3. Now heat a non stick pan grease some oil and pour the batter on it and spread gently nd cooked it on high flame
  4. And sprinkle some oil and flip it and toast it till golden and serve it
