Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup chopped spinach (palak)
  2. 4 tbsp cornflour
  3. 1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
  4. 1 tsp green chilli paste or 1tsp chilli flex
  5. oil for deep-frying
  6. Seasme seeds for rolling
  7. 2 processed cheese cubes , each cut into 6 pieces(optional)
  8. 1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
  9. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the paneer, spinach, salt, green chilli paste and cornflour in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a small round.
  3. Roll the balls in the sesame seeds till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry 3 to 4 balls at a time till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce.

Is it done with raw palak Or just soft palak after 1 min boil.
