Leftover Palak Paneer veg to make healthy IDLI

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli batter – 2 cups
  2. Prepared palak paneer – 1 cup
  3. Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Coconut chutney

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Idli batter and prepared palak paneer and mix well.
  2. Add salt only if necessary.
  3. Add baking soda, and beat the batter well
  4. Finely chopped the paneer pieces
  5. Grease the Idli mould and pour the battery into it and steam it till it is cooked.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
