Bread rolls made with left over khichdi

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over dry khichdi....1/2 bowl
  2. Bread pieces....4
  3. Almond powder...1 table.spoon
  4. Roasted chana powder...1 table spoon
  5. Chopped coriander leaves...1 table spoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Jeera or ajwain ...1/4 tea spoon
  8. Red chilly powder....to taste
  9. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. A pic of left over khichdi
  2. Mix everything except oil and bread
  3. Mix salt in a glass of water in bowl
  4. Dip bread piece in salty water and squeeze all the extra water, keep stuffing in the middle, gather all the side and make a roll
  5. Deep fry in hot to medium oil and enjoy
