Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup leftover sprouts
  3. 1 cup buttermilk
  4. 1 pinch baking soda
  5. 1/2 spoon salt
  6. Water as per requirement
  7. 1 pinch kalonji
  8. 1 onion finely chopped
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix semolina,buttermilk and water in a bowl
  2. Make a thick batter
  3. Add salt,1/2 cup sprouts,kalonji,soda and onion
  4. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes
  5. Spread oil on a griddle
  6. Spread 2 spoon batter in round shape
  7. Sprinkle 2 spoon sorouts
  8. Flip and cook from another side
  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
