I have made these kebas by using leftover upma and give it a new twist .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup leftover upma
  2. 1/2 cup carrot grated
  3. 1/4 cup broccoli grated
  4. 1tsp black salt
  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. About 1/2 inch ginger piece grated
  8. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. First in a big bowl take grated carrot ginger and broccoli .
  2. Now add leftover upma ,black slat ,black pepper and red chilli powder to the above grated veggies .Mix all ingredients well .
  3. Take saute stick and now take small portion of mix and roll it over sticks .Repeat this process with remaining mix .
  4. In a pan take 2 tsp oil and put these stick on it. Cook from all sides until it becomes golden brown in color .
  5. Leftover upma seekh kebabs are ready to serve . Serve with chutney of your choice .
