Ingredients to make Leftover pulao kebab

  • Leftover pulao 1 big bowl
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 4
  • Roasted besan 2 table spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • White sesame seeds 2 table spoon
  • oil for shallow frying
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Green coriander chopped 1 tablespoon

How to make Leftover pulao kebab

  1. First of all take pulao and mash it properly
  2. Add mashed potatoes
  3. Add Roasted besan
  4. Add green chillies and coriander
  5. Add all the dry spices
  6. Mash and mix it properly and make a dough
  7. Give a shape of kabab
  8. Roll it in sesame seeds.
  9. Shallow fry it on medium flame
  10. Enjoy it with Chutney or tomato ketchup
