Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 roti
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 2 tablespoon sugar
  4. 2 tablespoon khoya
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped dry fruits
  7. Ghee as required


  1. Toast the all chapaties on tawa or in microwave until they crispy
  2. Grind the chapaties in a mixie jar without water
  3. Now take out the mixture in a bowl and keep aside
  4. In other bowl add maida and 2 teaspoon ghee and make a dow
  5. Keep the maida dow for rest until stuffed is ready
  6. Now Heat the ghee in a deep pan
  7. Add chapaties powered in the pan and saute
  8. Now add khoya and saute for 2 min
  9. Then add sugar and cardamom powder , dry fruits and mix well
  10. Now switch off the gas
  11. Now take the maida dow and make a small ball
  12. And make a small round shape puri with the help of rolling pin
  13. Then stuff chapati Khoya mixture in the puri and then close from one side
  14. After the all stuffing is ready then
  15. Put the deep pan on the gas and heat the ghee
  16. Put the gujhia in oil on medium heat and deep fry all the gujhia
