Very tasty, yummy and healthy canepees which made with leftover mixed masaladal

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl left over masala dal
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup all purpose flour remove
  4. 3 nicely chopped garlic cloves
  5. 2 nicely chopped green chillies
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1 tbsp oil for kneading and greasing
  8. 1 bowl already cooked any vegetables
  9. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  10. 1 tbsp chilli flakes for sprinkle over the top
  11. Few chopped olives

Instructions

  1. Take cooked masala dal in a mixing bowl add wheat flour and all purpose flour and mix nicely no need to add water for kneading dough
  2. Now add chopped garlic, green chillies, some oil and salt as per taste because salt is already in cokked dal and knead nicely
  3. When knead nicely transfer in kitchen counter and start to roll it as you want to thickness of canapes and make cuts according to size of canapes moulds
  4. Now grease the canapé mould with butter or ghee and arrange the masala dal knead dough in the each mould and cut the extra side part
  5. And prepare all the canapees like this
  6. Now prick the bottom with fork and keep some kabuli chana or any heavy grain in the canpees
  7. Now blind bake this in preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 20 minutes
  8. After bake left out it fill already cooked vegetable spread grated cheese over top place chopped olive and again bake this till cheese melt
  9. Now left over Dal Canepees is ready to serve
