this is favourite dish eaten along with khichadi in Bihar generally made by over cooking left over rice mixing with salt and cumin seeds and sting it in form of small balls in sun

  1. cooked rice 1 cup
  2. 1/2 spoon salt
  3. pinch of cumin seeds
  4. oil for frying

  1. over cook rice to make it in paste form add salt and cumin seeds and dry them is small ball form in sun when hot
