It's my mother in law's recipe and my whole family lovedit.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 glass
  2. Nutrella mini chunks 100 gm
  3. Onion 3 medium sized choped
  4. Tomato 3 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Oil 5 tbsp
  7. Salt 2 tsp
  8. red chilli 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  10. Water 1 1/2 glass


  1. Soak Nutella in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Soak rice also and keep aside
  3. Put pan on medium flame , add three tbsp oil then add half quantity of chopped onions ,saute till golden brown then add chopped two tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute then add salt, red chilli and turmeric.
  4. After two minutes add soaked Nutella chunks and pressure cook for two whistle .
  5. Now take another pan add oil and heat it then add onion .
  6. When onions golden brown add tomatoes , then add salt and red chilli powder.
  7. Saute for one minute then add soaked rice , cooked Nutella chunks and water .
  8. Cover with lid and cook for ten minutes .
  9. After ten minutes protein rich Nutella rice is ready .
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
