Chutney paneer made up with left over mint chutney

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Chutney 1 bowl
  3. Cumin seed 1/2 tea spoon
  4. Black pepper powder 1 pinch
  5. Lemon juice as required

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and add everything except lemon juice
  2. When milk is boiled, just drop lemon juice drop by drop, till it curdles
  3. When it curdles, pour cold water and transfer the contents to muslim cloth
  4. Place any heavy object on it
  5. Cut and enjoy the way you like
