ABOUT chutney sandwich RECIPE

Hot sandwiches with the dash of green chutney are one of my favourite breakfast dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. 50 gm paneer
  3. 2 cheese cubes
  4. 1 medium onion
  5. 2-3 green chillies
  6. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  7. salt, to taste
  8. 1/2 cup green coriander chutney
  9. 8 slices atta bread
  10. butter, as required


  1. Peel the potatoes and add paneer, grated cheese, onion, green chillies and chopped coriander.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Spread chutney on bread slices.
  4. Spread potato and paneer mix on the bread.
  5. Cover with another bread slice coated with chutney.
  6. Apply butter on both outer sides of bread.
  7. Warm up the toaster and make the sandwiches.
  8. Serve hot with green chutney.
