Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 slices of sandwich bread
  2. Green chutney 2 teaspoon
  3. butter 2 teaspoon
  4. salt pinch
  5. black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  6. 1/3 cucumber chopped
  7. 4-5 tomato slices
  8. 4 -5 onion slices
  9. For Green chutney
  10. 15 green hot chilies - adjust
  11. 1 cup coriander leaves chopped
  12. 1/2 onion
  13. salt 2 teaspoon
  14. lime juice 1/2 teaspoon
  15. cumin seed powder 1/2 teaspoon
  16. water - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Grind all ingredients under chutney section and keep it aside
  2. spread butter on each slice of bread
  3. spread chutney evenly
  4. Arrange onions, tomatoes and cucumbers slices on bread slice
  5. sprinkle salt and black pepper on it
  6. Place second bread slice on it and serve
