Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3 - Left-over chapati /roti
  2. For chutney : 11/2 cup coriander leaves
  3. 2 - Green chilies
  4. 3 - Cloves garlic
  5. 1 - Bread slice
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 - Lemon
  8. 1 - Big boiled potato
  9. 1/2 - Green capsicum
  10. 1 - Cucumber
  11. 1 - Tomato
  12. 2 - White onions
  13. 4 tsp - Cream cheese
  14. Chat masala to taste

Instructions

  1. For chutney - Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer grinder with a little water.
  2. Prepare for sandwich by cleaning and slicing the vegetables.
  3. Place the roti in a plate. Apply chutney put the boiled potato slices and capsicum slices then sprinkle salt and chat masala over it. Now place the onion slices.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese and place thesecond roti. Press lightly so the cheese sticks to the top roti.
  5. Now apply chutney again to make second layer in the same layering matter. Cover the top layer with roti and press gently.
  6. Heat non stick pan then put the sandwich on it. Cover the lid and keep for 2 minutes.
  7. Flip it over and cover and keep for 1 minute. Remove on to a plate, cut in triangles and serve hot.
