These is my all time snack, dinner and most important my kids favorite. It is made with bread , green chutney, vegetables and some chatt that reminds me of india

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack of bread loaf
  2. Ammul butter to spread
  3. sandwich green chutney
  4. 1cup grated cucumber
  5. 1 cup grated boiled beetroot
  6. 1tsp chaat Masala
  7. pinch of salt to taste
  8. pinch of red or Kashmir chilli powder
  9. pinch of zeera powder
  10. 2-3 cups sweet dhai
  11. Tamarind and date chutney
  12. fresh coriander chopped
  13. 1 cup sev


  1. Prepare sweet dhai ( yogurt) according to ur taste and cool it for sometime
  2. Take a beard spread the butter
  3. spread green chutney
  4. put 1 tbsp of grated cucumber and spread it evenly on the bread
  5. sprinkle Salt just for taste
  6. repeat the same process till green chutney.
  7. make another layer, these time put grated boiled beetroot and spreading evenly
  8. again sprinkle salt just for taste
  9. over it with the bread and make it like a sandwich.
  10. Now pour the dhai that u prepared on the sandwich, cover till the top
  11. Garnish it with chaat Masala, red chili powder, salt ,zeera powder, fresh chopped coriander
  12. Put Mithi chutney
  13. sprinkle sev on the top
