this is a healthy version of lasagna generally we buy lasagna sheets,this time I tried healthy sheets by replacement of rotis to lasagna sheets...lasagna is one type of sheet pasta ,replacement worked out and lasagna turned out awesome friends try this healthy lasagna

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3cups of whole wheat flour
  2. salt to taste
  3. 2tsp of ghee
  4. water to bind the dough
  5. 1/2 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper finely chopped
  7. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  8. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  9. salt to taste
  10. 2cups pasta sauce
  11. 1/2 cup zucchini finely chopped
  12. 1/2 cup tomatoes finely chopped
  13. 2tsp oregano
  14. 2tsp chilly flakes
  15. 2tsp green chili,garlic and ginger paste
  16. 2cups of mozeralla cheese grated
  17. some basil leaves
  18. 1tbsp butter
  19. 1/2 cup fresh cream/malai

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add whole wheat flour
  2. add salt to taste
  3. add ghee bind the soft dough
  4. make equal portion of balls
  5. roll out chappatis
  6. roast on tawwa and Keep aside
  7. now we will make filling of lasagna
  8. in a pan add butter
  9. add ginger garlic and green chili paste
  10. add onions and saute
  11. add zucchini
  12. add all the bell pepper and tomato
  13. saute for sometime
  14. in a cup take fresh cream and whisk
  15. add to filling
  16. add oregano
  17. add chili flakes
  18. take a openable pan
  19. add pasta sauce at the base
  20. place a roti sheet on sauce
  21. apply pasta sauce all over
  22. add a layer of filling
  23. add mozzarella cheese
  24. again place roti sheet
  25. apply sauce
  26. spread filling
  27. spread mozrella cheese
  28. repeat roti sheets with filling 3-4 times
  29. place some basil leaves
  30. Keep for baking in preheated oven
  31. for 25 minutes on 180 degree
  32. remove from oven and place on wire rack
  33. serve
  34. cut it with pizza cutter
  35. serve hot
