Make from all purpose flour papdi thin and crispy...enjoy with tea in evening snack

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grm all purpose flour
  2. 2 tbsp oil+more for frying
  3. salt 1/2 tbsp
  4. 1 tbsp onion seeds
  5. water as needed for kneading a daugh


  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl or big plate add flour, salt, onion seeds, oil and mix together
  2. And knead a daugh and divide it small parts
  3. And make small size balls from the daugh
  4. Now roll it like puri and spread it on a cloth for 10-15 minute
  5. Then take a heavy bottom pan keep it on gas on high medium flame
  6. Then fry the papdi on high medium flame both side when it will be crisp
  7. Keep it on a plate and cool it when it will be cool down completely store it on air tight jar
