Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana Papdi 10-15
  2. Peeled and chopped potatoes 2
  3. Peepled and chopped cucumber 1
  4. Finely chopped banana 1
  5. Finely chopped apple 1
  6. Pomegranate pearls 1 cup
  7. Oil for Deep frying
  8. Curd 1 cup
  9. Khajoor Imli chutney or tamarind sauce as per need
  10. Red chilli powder 1-2 teaspoons
  11. Roasted jeera powder 1-2 teaspoons
  12. Amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Salt to taste


  1. Arrange all the required ingredients
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry Sabudana papdi till pop up
  3. Remove peels and finely chop potatoes
  4. Deep fry chopped potatoes too in hot oil ( same pan) till golden brown and crisp
  5. Arrange fried Sabudana papdi in a serving plate .
  6. Now add one by one all the finely chopped veggies and fruits in to fried papadis ..add fried potatoes, cucumber, banana, apple and top up with sweetened curd
  7. Now add khajoor Imli chutney to the papadis
  8. Lastly top it with falahar chiwda, pomegranate pearls and sprinkle some red chilli powder, roasted jeera and powder amchur powder
  9. Enjoy endlessly, quick falahar snack any time
