Ingredients to make Milky Vermecilli

  • Roasted vermecilli 1cup
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Raisin 2 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  • whole cashews 4
  • chop dry fruits mixed 4 tsp
  • pure ghee 1tsp
  • sugar 1/2cup

How to make Milky Vermecilli

  1. Take a pan add milk then milk r boiled add vermeceilli mix and cooked for slow flame.
  2. After 30 minutes then add sugar,cardamom powder,and all dry fruits.
  3. Then add raisin mix well add 1tsp pure ghee mix well.
  4. After cooked garnish whole cashews and serve hot or cold.

My Tip:

I used low sugar but u add more sugar.
