Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked Moong Daal (Overnight)/Sprouted Moong Dal 1 cup
  2. Curd 4 Tablespoon
  3. Imli sauce or imli Chutney (prepared at home) 3 Tablespoons
  4. Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  5. Chaat Masala 1 Tablespoon
  6. Oil 1 Tablespoon
  7. Moong dal Namkeen (Available in the market - Optional) 2 Tablespoon
  8. Medium sized chopped Onion 1
  9. Coriander for garnishing
  10. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak moon dal overnight or use the sprouted moong dal. In a pan add oil and add moong dal, salt, red chili powder.
  2. Stir well and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Transfer it to the plate. Add curd, imli chutney, chopped onions and moong dal namkeen.
  3. Garnish with coriander and any namkeens of your choice and serve.
