Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 150 gram Fettuccine pasta
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 4 nos eggs
  4. 3 tsp chopped garlic
  5. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  6. 5 tbsp soften butter
  7. 5 tbsp chopped onion
  8. 4 tbsp chopped tomato (deseed)
  9. 4 tbsp chopped capsicum
  10. 1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  11. 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


  1. Firstly , boiled water in a big vessel , add salt , cooked pasta properly.
  2. Drain water ,wash it with cold water and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil ,add 2tsp chopped garlic ,toss the pasta in it , sprinkle some black pepper powder,cool down the pasta.
  4. In a bowl mix chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped tomato, chopped red bell pepper, capsicum, chopped parsley .
  5. Add eggs, black pepper powder , salt and beat it properly.
  6. Add grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Grease vigorously muffin tray with butter .
  8. Fill with pasta but don't overloaded .
  9. Now pour 2-3 tbsp egg mixture in every cup, add a dollop of butter each cup for extra flavour.
  10. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180°c,now bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
