Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. spaghetti 100 grams
  2. oil 2 teaspoon
  3. mutton seekh 2
  4. mint chutney 3 tablespoon
  5. Pizza pasta sauce 1 tablespoon
  6. salt to taste
  7. water as required


  1. Take adequate water in a flat pan and boil it.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and few drops of oil to this.
  3. Add long spaghetti as it is, don't break it.
  4. In the mean time grill the seekh in other or in tandoor with few drops of oil.
  5. Once spaghetti is done and cooked to full size, remove from fire.
  6. Run cold water on to this, strain and keep aside.
  7. Remove seekh once done, cool a bit and cut into halves
  8. Add pizza pasta sauce to spaghetti and mix well.
  9. Now dip seekh pieces into mint chutney one by one.
  10. Now roll the spaghetti strands all over seekh to cover it.
  11. Cover it fully and serve with mint chutney
