Ingredients to make Seekh Parantha Roll

  • 500grams wheat flour/atta
  • 100 ml Refined oil
  • chicken Seekh kebabs( use the brand of choice)
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 tablespoon of Mayonnaise of choice
  • 4-5 tablespoon of Veeba barbaque sauce
  • 1-2 tspn Ching chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 bunch of spring onions

How to make Seekh Parantha Roll

  1. Knead parantha dough ,add salt
  2. coat dough with oil and keep aside 3-4 minutes
  3. Roll parathas and roast applying oil on both sides and cool them in a tray
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the seekh kebabs
  5. Spread Mayonnaise on each of the roasted paranthas
  6. Now chop the spring onions long and sprinkle on to all the Paranthas
  7. Arrange one seekh kebab on each parantha
  8. On this add the barbaque sauce and the chilli sauce
  9. Add a little tomato ketchup on top of the seekh kebabs
  10. Sprinkle salt on the spring onions (optional)
  11. Now fold the paranthas
  12. Put these in your hubby's and kid's lunch box .

My Tip:

The tomato ketchup and chilli sauce can be mixed and applied too If you have less time ever you can make paranthas and keep ready.
