- For Seekh kabab....
- Mutton mince 400 gms
- green chilly paste 2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- onion 2 medium sized (greated and squiz out water)
- Garam masala powder 2 to 3 tsp
- red chilly powder 2 to 3 tsp
- Coriender powder 2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- salt as required
- Coriender leaves 1 cup
- mint leaves 1/2 cup
- butter (for brushing)
- oil (for frying)
- For parathas..
- Maida 500 gms (all purpose flour)
- oil 1 tbsp
- salt as required
How to make Seekh paratha with green chutney
My Tip:
You can give charcoal smoke to seekh kababs if you want smokey flavor.
