Methi Paratha is yet another a healthy recipes for breakfast, but i thought of adding more healthiest way by using chenna water....

TRADITIONAL METHI PARATHA WITH MINT CHUTNEY WITH A HEALTHY TWIST .

Ingredients to make TRADITIONAL METHI PARATHA WITH MINT CHUTNEY WITH A HEALTHY TWIST .

  • For the methi Paratha
  • sugar 1/2 tbsp.
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
  • 1 cup of Chenna water
  • fenugreek leaves 2 handful of
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 4tbsp.of fresh ghee
  • For the mint chutney:
  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 5 no's if green chillies
  • 6 pepper corns
  • water as required

How to make TRADITIONAL METHI PARATHA WITH MINT CHUTNEY WITH A HEALTHY TWIST .

  1. For the Methi Paratha
  2. Take a large bowl and addin wheat flour, turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt to taste, fenugreek leaves and combine well
  3. Add in chenna water as per the required consistent
  4. Make a soft dough and rest it for about an hour
  5. Now roll out the dough in to a roti shape
  6. Take a pan and turn on the heat, fry them till golden brown
  7. For the mint chutney:
  8. Take a blender and addin, grated coconut,green chillies,salt too taste And and Mint leaves
  9. Blend it to the right consistent
  10. Serve the methi Paratha with chutney......
