Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the methi Paratha
  2. Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
  3. Chilli powder 1 tbsp.
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
  6. 1 cup of Chenna water
  7. Fenugreek leaves 2 handful of
  8. 2 cups of Wheat flour
  9. 4tbsp.of fresh ghee
  10. For the mint chutney:
  11. 1 cup of fresh Mint leaves
  12. 1 cup of grated coconut
  13. 5 no's if green chillies
  14. 6 pepper corns
  15. Water as required

Instructions

  1. For the Methi Paratha
  2. Take a large bowl and addin wheat flour, turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt to taste, fenugreek leaves and combine well
  3. Add in chenna water as per the required consistent
  4. Make a soft dough and rest it for about an hour
  5. Now roll out the dough in to a roti shape
  6. Take a pan and turn on the heat, fry them till golden brown
  7. For the mint chutney:
  8. Take a blender and addin, grated coconut,green chillies,salt too taste And and Mint leaves
  9. Blend it to the right consistent
  10. Serve the methi Paratha with chutney......
