Ingredients to make Idli with a twist

  • Idli batter 1/2 kg
  • Rava 1 cup
  • tomato 1 big
  • onion 1 big
  • Green chilli 2
  • namak as per taste (optional)

How to make Idli with a twist

  1. Wash and chop onion, tomato and chilli.
  2. Pour batter in a wide bowl, add rava and mix in the chopped vegetables.
  3. Pour in Idli maker and steam it.
  4. After 10 minutes, check and demould it.
  5. Idli is ready with a twist.

Use sooji/rava (Optional).
