Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Prawns
  2. 1pac speggatties
  3. 1 Red bell pepper
  4. 3Tomato puree
  5. oil
  6. Salt
  7. 2 tbsp shezwan sauce
  8. 1/2tsp vinegar
  9. 1/2tsp black pepper
  10. 1 chopped onin
  11. 1 tsp chille powder


  1. Boil the sepaggitte in hot boiling water
  2. Strain the water
  3. Take oil in a pan add in chopped onion and saute it
  4. Then add tomatoes ,chilli powder vinegar and cook till oil separates
  5. Then add boiled sepagatties to the masala and toss
  6. In other pan add in oil saute the prawns with shezwan sauce and once dry add in red bell peppers
  7. Serve the spegatties with the topping of prawns in bell peppers
