Ingredients to make Baked Bread Basket

  • Bread slice - 10
  • For filling: cucumber - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • tomato - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • onion - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • capsicum - 1 tsp, finely chopped
  • paneer - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • mustard sauce - 2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2-3 tsp
  • Aaloo bhujia and tomato sauce for serving

How to make Baked Bread Basket

  1. Cut bread in round shape with help of a cutter or a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Grease a muffin tray.
  3. Flatten the bread slices with the help of a rolling pin.
  4. Set these slices in the muffin tray and bake them for 10 minutes or till brown and crusty.
  5. Prepare the filling: Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
  6. Bread basket is ready, let it cool, pour filling with a spoon and sprinkle aloo bhujia and a drop of tomato sauce before serving it.
