Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spiral Pasta - 500 gms
  2. Onion- 2 big finely chopped
  3. Tomato - 2 Finely chopped
  4. Mushrooms- 250 gms washed and cut into slices
  5. Capsicum - 1 cut into slices or cubes
  6. Sehezwan chutney sauce - 2 to 3 tbspn
  7. Garlic cloves- 6 finely chopped
  8. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tspn
  9. Red chilly powder- 1/4 tspn(adjust as per your taste)
  10. Black pepper powder- 1/4 tspn
  11. Green chilly - 2 finely chopped
  12. Oil - 2 tbspn
  13. Salt to taste


  1. Follow the instructions on the pack and boil the pasta
  2. Drain and keep it aside
  3. Then heat a deep pan....Put oil...And when hot add the chopped garlic
  4. Saute well for a minute
  5. Add chopped onions, green chilly and fry for 2 minutes
  6. Then add chopped tomatoes
  7. Put salt ,turmeric ,black pepper powder and red chilly powder....
  8. Then add the sliced capsicum and mushroom...
  9. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes
  10. Then add schzewan chutney...Mix well
  11. Add salt and the boiled pasta...Mix well...
  12. Turn off the gas...
  13. Serve hot
