About Kabab Recipe

Its a innovative recipe of hotdogs which is rich in flavor. The cheesy and mayo flavor gives it a unique taste. Firstly I marinated boneless chicken pieces and then cooked it and used it as filling.


Ingredients to make Kabab

  • Ingredients For Filling......
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red colour (optional)
  • Bbq sauce 1 tsp
  • green chilly paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • butter 2 tsp
  • Mini hot dog buns 6 to 7
  • Green Coriender mint chutney
  • mayonnaise
  • butter for shallow frying the hot dogs

How to make Kabab

  1. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chilly powder, green chilly paste, Coriender powder, salt, bbq sauce, black paper powder, schezwan chutney, red color, tomato catch up and butter and cook on medium flame till the water dries and chicken is tender.
  2. Now add thinly slices capsicum and mix it well. Turn off the flame. Filling is ready.
  3. Take small sized hot dog buns. slice it horizontally from middle part. Apply green chutney on both side inside buns. then mayonnaise. Stuff the chicken filling. Grate cheese over the filing and seal the bun with toothpick.
  4. Take non stick pan add 2 tsp butter and shallow fry the hotdogs from both the sides. And cheesy mayo chicken mini hot dogs are ready now. Surve it hot with tomato catchup.
