Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Manchurian Balls
  2. 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  3. 1/4 cup grated carrots and paneer
  4. 2-3 tbsp maida
  5. 1 tbsp cornflour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  8. For gravy
  9. 3-4 diced onions, Chopped garlic
  10. 2 diced capsicum
  11. 1/2 carrot cut in strips
  12. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  15. 1 tsp vinegar
  16. 1-2 tsp soya sauce
  17. 1-2 tsp cornflour
  18. Water as required
  19. FOR GARNISH: Chopped green onions
  20. For noodles
  21. 1 pkt noodles
  22. 1 chopped onions
  23. 1 Diced capsicum
  24. Strips of one carrot
  25. 2 tbsp Soya sauce and vinegar
  26. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  27. Salt to taste
  28. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take grated cauliflower, grated carrots mashed paneer. Mix properly. Now add salt, lalmirch powder, cornflour, maida.mix properly.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry in a hot oil till golden brown. Take out and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi add chopped garlic and saut till translucent and add diced onions and diced capsicum and cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add salt, black pepper powder,Chinese masala and mix well. Add soya sauce, vinegar and mix well. Add vegetable balls. Add cornflour mix in a water. Cook till it is thick.
  5. Boil noodles in a boiling water with salt and oil. Drain it and rub oil and keep aside.
  6. Heat oil in a karahi add chopped onions, chopped capsicum carrots and cook for few minutes.
  7. Add salt and black pepper. Add soya sauce, vinegar tomato ketchup. Mix properly. Add boiled noodles. Cook till done.
