Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For noodles-Hakka noodles-2 cup boil
  2. Onion-2cut into length
  3. Cabbage-1cuo chopped
  4. Capsicum-1cut into length
  5. Oil-2tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds-1/4teaspoon
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Soya sauce -2teaspoon
  9. Red chilly sauce-3teaspoon
  10. Green chilly sauce -2teaspoon
  11. Vanegar-1teaspoon
  12. Chinese salt-2pinch
  13. Tomato sauce-2tablespoon
  14. For manchurian balls-cabbage-1cup grated
  15. Capsicum-1grated
  16. Onion -1fine chopped
  17. Cornflour-2tablespoon
  18. Ginger garlic paste-1teaspoon
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Oil -for fry
  21. For gravy-ginger garlic paste-2teaspoon
  22. Manchauw soup pack -1(10rs.)
  23. Vegitable stock -1/2 cup
  24. Oil-2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan .add noodles and little oil and boil them till soften.drain water n keep them aside.
  2. squeeze the grated vegetables nicely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and splutter them,
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour,
  5. Now add chopped cabbage and capsicum and saute them for five minutes .
  6. Now add red chilly sauce ,soya sauce ,green chilly sauce, vanegar,sea salt,salt,and mix well.
  7. Now add boil noodle and mix well add tomato sauce and mix well,,,ready
  8. Take a mixing bowl add grated cabbage grated capsicum and fine chopped onion ,
  9. Now add cornflour,salt,1teaspoon ginger garlic paste and knead a dought.
  10. Make small size balls with dought and deep fry them till crispy and brown.and keep them aside.
  11. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute .
  12. Now add vegetables stock and manchauw soap pack and bring it to boil.till you get dry gravy
  13. Add manchrian balls and mix well
  14. Now assemble noodles and manchurian balls together and serve hot
