Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack hakka noodles.
  2. 2 onions
  3. 2 capsicum
  4. 2 carrot
  5. 1/2cabbage
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4tsp black pepper
  8. 1/4tsp each soya.chilly tomato sause n vinegar.
  9. 4 tsp oil.


  1. Boil the noodles with little oil and salt
  2. Strain it
  3. Rinse with cold water and strain.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi
  5. Put onions and all vegetables
  6. Saute it
  7. Add salt pepper
  8. Now add noodles and stir well.
  9. Now add all the sauces and mix well
  10. Add vinegar and toss it.
  11. Serve hot.
