Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beans 1/4 cup
  2. Carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Onion 1 medium sized
  4. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  5. Cabbage 1/4 cup
  6. Spring onions to garnish
  7. Oil 3 tbsp
  8. Hakka noodles 1 cup
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  12. Soya sauce 1 tsp


  1. Cook the hakka noodles, then strain and keep it aside.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil, then put in the sliced onion and saute until it turns golden brown in colour.
  3. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, then add in the chopped vegetables one by one and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper as per taste and saute it.
  4. Finally add soya sauce and garnish it with spring onions.
